1 to 1 Training packages are available to those that want an individualised approach to their training. All workouts are programmed specifically to each clients needs. Alongside the training programme each member receives a tailor made nutrition and lifestyle plan for long term sustainable results
Semi-Private Personal Training gives you all the benefits of one-to-one personal training while exercising in a group of up to 2 people. Working out with others can be a great way to help motivate you further and reduce the cost of your sessions.
We’ll always design a bespoke plan for each of our members, which allows for personal goals to be a custom regime designed around each of your needs. This allows you to break through those personal goals and push yourself further than you ever thought possible at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer.
