Our brand new state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Cockfosters features the main gym area, physio & massage rooms, a class studio, male & female changing rooms, a nutrition bar and a designated members area for our clients to enjoy.

We hold the highest standards of health, safety and cleanliness throughout our facilities.

As well as cleaning the gym regularly, we also have a top spec ventilation system which purifies the air in the gym.
