As long as I can remember, I have always been into sports and fitness, namely through playing Basketball at a competitive level since I was young. I realized that the area in which I was lacking and that which would take me to the next level would be to get stronger and build some muscle. I went to university and obtained a law degree, however, it was during the process of getting stronger in relation to basketball where I developed a passion for training and decided to pursue a career in it. Towards the end of 2019, I was lucky enough to gain an internship at ADC, and haven’t looked back since. My aim as a coach is to help people grow their confidence in addition to achieving their fitness goals.
