Aimee comes from a theatre & performance background, completing a degree in Drama at Exeter University in 2015. Her interest in nutrition was sparked whilst she was studying due to a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and her love for lifting weights grew as she discovered there was more to the gym than a treadmill.
Since then Aimee has become a fully qualified personal trainer previously working for David Lloyd Leisure, studied a science foundation course at BirkBeck University and worked for various health magazines in the features department, such as Women’s Health Magazine UK. Aimee has also placed fourth & third in two bikini fitness competitions, winning her pro bikini fitness model card.
Teaching clients how to best fuel and train their bodies whilst maintaining the lifestyle they live is Aimee’s goal. She wants clients to have a positive relationship with food and training, as well a firm understanding of how to create the body composition they want to achieve.
